智慧生活方面，每个月使用微信搭公交地铁的乘客比2017年增加4.7倍，每个月使用微信零售消费的买家比2017年增加1.5倍。
使用习惯方面，每天有450亿次信息发送，有4.1亿次音频呼叫成功，视频通话用户比三年前多了570%。
